Our Story
Established in 2015, Royal Pacific Homes has a rich history that traces its roots back to its President, Kevin Breinholt's previous endeavors in Utah and Salt Lake County. Kevin founded a successful construction company in 2007, completing hundreds of remodeling and new construction projects. A graduate of Brigham Young University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and boasts extensive experience working with large national builders as well as high-end custom vacation homes throughout his career.
At Royal Pacific Homes, we believe that every project is important, and we take immense pride in collaborating closely with homeowners to bring their dreams to life. While we provide services across Washington, our primary focus lies within Kittitas County and its surrounding areas.
